Indulge in the finest Omakase menu, paired with carefully selected Mutsu Hassen‘s seasonal and fine sake from Aomori Prefecture, Japan for an evening of special experiential dining.

Dinner seating is at 7.00 p.m., as sake expert, Mr Yuhei Takata from Kewpie Singapore will lead us through the adventures of Japanese food and sake pairing.

Selection of Mutsu Hassen Sake

Hachinohe Shuzo is a sake microbrewery in Aomori Prefecture that selects only local rice and yeast and brews with the famous water of Kanizawa and Hachinohe. Mr Hideyuki Komi, the ninth-generation master brewer from the brewery is devoted to producing modern sake that is delicious and good for personal health. They practise sustainable cultivation of rice for the long term of the environment. Hachinohe Shuzo uses 100% white koji in their moromi base giving their sake a fresh, straight-from-the-brewery character.
